The location of the hotel is in a very nice neighborhood and the rooms are very spacious. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
There were a couple of bugs in the room and there was no hot water in the morning. the room was quite dark even during the daytime, and there was a trip hazard with a large step down when entering the room.

herzl street is just 1 mile away, we could easily reach it. take a look at florentin neighborhood, it's worth it. we really enjoyed our time here.

Located in the very pretty Neve Tzedek district, Nina Cafe Suites Hotel is a great base for exploring Tel Aviv. It is within walking distance to the best beach in the area and opposite some interesting galleries. the nicely decorated rooms provide a rustic and charming ambiance for a romantic getaway. the hotel's own cafe across the street offers a convenient dining option.
The check-in process can be improved in terms of efficiency and communication.

Spent Xmas at a trendy hotel with some good perks. the rooms were spacious and trendy, with a cozy atmosphere in the heart of a hip and busy neighborhood. Centrally located with lots of great food options nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the included breakfast was great.
The hotel was not up to usual expectations, with poor housekeeping and facilities that needed maintenance, such as the heating system and bathroom fixtures. the establishment had no proper service desk or support after hours, making it difficult to resolve any issues that arose at inconvenient times.
